This page contains legal terms and conditions ruling the website Glygia. The navigation on the website implies acceptance of all arrangements contained in this document. All purchases made through the website are ruled by these general conditions and instructions for use contained on the site. All customers are asked for to read these general conditions.

The Company reserves the right to modify the contents of the website (prices and photos for example) at any time without previous notice and at its own discretion. Any change made will be in force on the date of its publication.

Purchases

The terms and conditions rule relationships between the Company and the costumers with regard to purchases of products made through this website. 
The customer can browse the website but to access the service sales is essential to have the necessary requirements to enter into legally binding contracts according to Portuguese and E.C. (European Community) Law. It has to be in possession of an e-mail address and a bank account or one of the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. 
To make an order the customer is required to fill all the necessary data and accept the terms and conditions. By the time of finalizing the order, the customer can change all the data associated with his request at any time. 
The Company reserves the right to accept an order. The decision is made at the discretion of the Company. If the order is not executed, the Company will notify the costumer immediately by email. The confirmation of the request is not a purchase contract, it only serves as evidence that the order was approved by the Company.

Quality Guarantee

The Company ensures customer satisfaction in products purchased online.

Products 

The images on the website are the only mean of representation of products and as result the Company does not guarantee the exact match of the images to the products. For example the colors may look different on different computer screens.

Prices

All of the prices of the products are clearly indicated in the website and are understood as being inclusive only of VAT, tax rate in our country (Country of Origin - Portugal)

They do not include any additional taxes, duties or fees regulated by any applicable legislation, such as import regulations. If necessary, the Customer will therefore provide for customs clearance of imports and pay the duties and taxes (other than VAT), which may be due in the Country of importation.

Online Dispute Resolution

Clients who are defined as consumers in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (Law 144/2015) and that had celebrated purchase/sale contracts and/or service contracts have the right to resort to official entities for assistance in the event of a dispute arising from the supply of goods and services, without prejudice to having recourse to the Judicial Courts.

According to Law n.144 / 2015 of September 8, 2015, we released above all entities for Alternative Dispute Resolution that can be contacted in case of conflict.
